According to stop street harassment, 25% of men had been street harassed. A higher percentage of LGBT- identified men than heterosexual men reported this. They commonly experienced homophobic or trans phobic form of harassment.
When we are dealing about street harassment , women are always the victim of it and men is being left out and we often categorized them as the "Catcallers" but we are not aware that males also face bullying and violence at the hands of other men.
The reason why we don't know that it is happening under our nose is because they often not take that seriously because men have a fear that they will be embarrassed in their masculinity if they will complain about that. But the truth is male victims of street harassment are also suffering in silence.
Remember that everyone of us can be a victim of street harassment and men can be victims too. We should speak up if somebody is harassing us because if we will not raise our voice on that problem, we, the victims are tolerating the harassers to do it again in different people.
